C&A conducted an environmental impact study and reforestation plan for one of the biggest tourism developments in Nicaragua, located in Villa El Carmen, Managua.
This large beach project is positioned to become the flagship development of the Pacific coast of Nicaragua with a Jack Nicklaus signature 18-hole golf course, a world class spa, condominiums and residential homes, in addition to sports facilities, riverside trails and 2km of beach. We are providing strategic investment assistance in all areas and environmental studies, as well. We provided market analysis and research. Major world class players are participating in this project, such as Kemper Sports, Land Design, Earl Swanson and Associates (one of the largest architectural firms in Tennessee), and others.
Mix use project with the following components: a 100 room Hotel, 92 deluxe villas, 516 apartments, a natural forest and gardens development program and a wellness Spa. C&A prepared the complete Feasibility Studies including Market Research, Financial Analysis and Forecast Models, Concept Design and Strategic Planning.
